Well speaking of out of place, Indiana is not the ideal place to be an Astros fan either.

Just wanted to say that it is nice to have a place to chat with some other Astros fans....not many in northern wisconsin!

Hope the current better play keeps improving and we can get out of the cellar and at least a head of the CHUBS!!!

It was nice to see the Astros win 2 in a row against the Cubs. They get Pittsburgh next, maybe we can get a real winning streak together. Pittsburgh is better this year though. It'll be interesting to see if Lee is able to pick it up a bit once Berkman comes back. Bourn has been doing well and Keppinger is going to take over second for Matsui, since he can't hit his weight this year. The pitching hasn't been terrible, but the bullpen needs to be more consistent.

Young team, and one of our big-boppers is out for awhile... can't expect too much this year.  Too bad for Oswalt, though - he deserves another shot at the playoffs.

Not a good start to the season. I watched all three games and we showed no offense. Carlos Lee hasn't hit for nothing. I don't think Berkman will make that much difference when he comes back, but one can still hope. I think it's funny that Oswalt and Rodriguez both had technically "quality" starts because they pitched 6 innings and only gave 3 earned runs. That's only a quality start if your offense can score more than 3 runs!!! I hope they can turn it around a little against Philly and St. Louis but it doesn't look good yet. Thank God it's a long season and we're only 3 games in!
